This addendum refers to the Invitation to Tender issued by Eldoret Water and Sanitation Company Limited (ELDOWAS) that was published in the MyGov Newspaper on 10th March, 2026 in respect of the above-listed tenders.
Prospective bidders are requested to note the following clarification:
Clarification
All prices quoted in the tender submissions must be inclusive of all applicable taxes and statutory levies, including the Capacity Building Levy at the rate of 0.03% of the contract sum in accordance with the Public Procurement and Asset Disposal (Capacity Building Levy) Order, 2024 issued by the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority.
All other terms, conditions, and details remain unchanged as per the original invitation notice published on 10th March, 2026.
