The Water Services Regulatory Board (WASREB) is inviting public feedback as they review ELDOWAS’s application to continue providing water and sanitation services in the Eldoret municipality and its environs. This is your opportunity to have a direct say in how your water and sewer services are managed.
How to participate:
- Public Meeting: A public consultation meeting will be held on April 18th, 2024, at 10:00 AM at the Eldoret County/Town Hall. You can attend in person or join online.

- Submit comments beforehand: Share your experiences with ELDOWAS’s services, concerns you have, and suggestions for improvement.
