Eldoret Water and Sanitation Company Limited (ELDOWAS) is a Water Service Provider serving Eldoret Town and its environs under a license issued by the Water Services Regulatory Board (WASREB).
The Company intends to:
- Implement a comprehensive and integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system aimed at improving
service delivery to customers and enhancing operational efficiency; and - Undertake feasibility studies and detailed engineering design for the Marura–Kamkunji flagship project.
ELDOWAS hereby invites eligible and qualified consulting firms to submit Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the provision of consultancy services for the above-mentioned assignments, as detailed below:

The Details of each EOI can be accessed from the Company’s website: https://www.eldowas.or.ke or Public Procurement Information Portal (PPIP) https//www.tenders.go.ke free of charge. All applications should be received on or before 10th April, 2026 at 12.00PM (EAT). Electronic tenders will not be permitted.
Expression of Interest Must be delivered in a written form to the address below submitted in plain sealed envelopes marked as EOI Name and be deposited in the Tender Box at Procurement Department located at Company’s Head Office. Bids will be opened immediately thereafter at the Company Boardroom in the presence of bidders or theirrepresentatives who wish to attend.
