This is to notify our esteemed customers that there will be a temporary interruption in the water supply from the Sosiani Water Treatment Plant on Wednesday, 14 October 2026, between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm.
This interruption is to allow for routine maintenance of the raw water transmission pipeline serving the Sosiani Water Treatment Plant.
The areas that will be affected include:

- Lower Elgon View
- Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital
- Eldoret Hospital
- Langas
- Pioneer
- Kipkarren
- Yamumbi
- Kipkenyo
- Rivatex
- Fire Station
- Ken-Knit
- KCC
- Reale Hospital
- St Luke Hospital
- Boma Inn Hotel
- Annex
During this period, the other water treatment plants will remain operational to ensure the continuity of water supply to unaffected areas.
