ELDOWAS continues to offer good customer service to all customers at various Customer Care desks at the Head Office and Area Offices. This has further been enhanced by the establishment of a dedicated Customer Care Call Centre and a 24 hour emergency call service through which customers and members of the general public can call in to lodge complaints or to report cases of water leakages, bursts, sewer blockages, illegal water/sewer connections and other issues of concern. We are also in the process of setting up an interactive web-based customer portal through which customers can interact with us, check their bills and account statements as well as make payments in a self-service arrangement. A mobile application is currently under development and which, once completed, will also offer the self-service options as well as have the ability to send bill notifications and other communications to and from our customers besides offering a system of ELDOWAS staff identification through linkages to our staff database.
